part-time or casual Bartender
to join our team.
Whether you're shaking up a signature cocktail, pouring a perfect pint, or sparking up great conversation, you'll help us create a bar experience that's effortlessly cool, proudly local, and unapologetically real.

Shake Things Up With Us
This is more than just pouring drinks—it's about connection. We're looking for someone who:
Brings creativity, care, and a sense of fun to every shift
Has solid knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and mixology (and loves keeping up with the latest trends)
Thrives in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment (yes, there are QR codes—but also real, human service)
Knows how to read the room—whether it's a quiet solo guest or a buzzing Friday crowd
Leads with empathy, energy, and inclusion
Enjoys being part of a team that backs each other up and celebrates wins together
What You'll Do
Mix drinks that are as memorable as the moment—with great technique, quality ingredients, and your own flair
Own your bar station and support other areas like Talk Shop or Grab & Go when needed




Stay in sync with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless service
Upsell naturally and share the stories behind our menu—championing local favourites and guest faves
Keep the space clean, stocked, and inviting—always on-brand and ready for anything
Support pre-opening activities like OS&E; setup, team training, and shaping our drink menus
Embrace our guest-led, host-supported service model—balancing autonomy with attentive care
What You'll Bring
Previous experience behind a bar or in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Passion for great drinks and great people
Solid knowledge of RSA laws and a current RSA certificate
Confidence using POS and tech tools, and a willingness to help guests navigate them too
Flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays on a rotating roster
A proactive, inclusive, and curious attitude—we love personality here
