C Q Hotels Group's country hotel in Blackwater is seeking a Hands-On Hospitality / Duty Manager to drive customer service and hotel revenue. Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will manage hotel shifts, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with Liquor Licence requirements.
You will lead staff, promote strategies across departments, handle gaming, bottleshop, bar and food operations, and maintain solid customer focus.
