Dental Assistant / Receptionist
to join our team. This will be a varied role and involve both chairside assisting and reception. Our busy practice, located at Forest Glen, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to contribute to our patient-focused environment.

About the Role:
Responsibilities include:
Assisting the dentist/hygienist with all procedures and support of co-workers
Ensuring excellent patient care and comfort
Managing treatment room setup and instrument processing
Answering phone enquiries and emails, processing payments and health fund claims and scheduling appointments
Presenting treatment plans and assisting with enquiries




Skills & Experience:
Dental assisting experience is not essential (full training will be provided) however experience in dental assisting or reception will be highly regarded.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Computer proficiency
Reliability and a proactive attitude
