Warranty Clerk
to join our team and play a key role in ensuring warranty claims are processed accurately, efficiently and on time.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, coordinating with technicians, service teams, manufacturers and accounts to keep the warranty process running smoothly.
About the Role
As a Warranty Clerk, you'll manage the end-to-end warranty claims process, ensuring all documentation meets manufacturer requirements and claims are followed through to resolution. You'll work closely with the Service and Workshop teams to ensure warranty work is accurately documented, submitted and reconciled.
Key Responsibilities
Process, submit and track warranty claims through to resolution.
Review and resolve rejected, returned and adjusted warranty claims.
Ensure repair orders, technician reports and times meet requirements.
Reconcile warranty receivables and follow up outstanding payments.
Coordinate warranty parts, documentation and manufacturer requirements.
Liaise with manufacturers and internal teams to deliver efficient outcomes.
About You
You're organised, methodical and comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced automotive setting. You take pride in getting the details right and enjoy working collaboratively with different teams.

Previous automotive dealership warranty experience highly regarded.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
Strong computer literacy and administrative capabilities.
Ability to manage competing priorities and resolve issues effectively.
Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team.
