Operating a Franna, 50t & 60t Tadanos, along with dogging, labouring & operating
Pay rate from $55/hr flat rate
NW Mining & Civil are seeking an experienced C6 Crane Operator with some handy all round skills to join our client's team at a remote mine site north of Mt Isa.
Primarily you will be operating frannas and 50 & 60t Tadanos to carry out shutdown and maintenance work across various mine sites. Those with extra skills such as dogging, rigging, forklift & EWP operating or even machinery like excavators and loaders would be highly regarded.
The 60t Tadano is the new model with a computerised interface, applicants must have experience operating this type of crane.
To succeed in this role, you will be adaptable & easy going to be able to carry out various work as required, have a great safety attitude and work well in a team.
Roster can be either 2/1 or 3/1,



shifts are 12hrs and this work will be ongoing for the right person. Pay rate is from $55/hr flat rate.
Flights are available from Brisbane, Cairns or Townsville, meals & accomm are provided while on shift.
Before applying please ensure you meet the following criteria:
Experience operating frannas and up to 60t cranes
C6 (or above) high risk licence
Manual drivers licence (must be current to operate on a mine site)
RI, DG, LF or EWP an advantage
RIIs for AHT, LE or LL an advantage
Ideally have a copy of a pre employment medical, including MMQ RHS, from within the last 12 months, or have no issues passing one
Be able to pass D&A; testing
