Nando's is seeking a People Partner for VIC to support around 40 restaurants and 1,000 Nandocas, many starting their careers. You'll split time between front-line restaurant engagement and remote/work-from-home collaboration with regional leaders.
You'll drive talent, development, and succession planning, recruit support, and partner with the ER team to foster a positive, energetic workplace culture. This is a full time, hybrid role offering meaningful impact and growth opportunities.
