We are seeking an Office all-rounder / Bookkeeper to join our team on a temporary basis for approx. 6-12 months from mid-September ****. This position is a Maternity leave coverage position, with the possibility for extension for the right person. This position would be part time hours – minimum of 22 per week, these hours can be flexible between Monday – Friday and can be discussed with the right applicant.
Renumeration to be discussed and negotiated for the right person.
Duties for this position include but are not limited to:
Accounts Payable and Receivable
Bank Account Reconciliations
End of month processing
Banking – keeping track and ensuring all bills are paid on time
Running daily errands – Ie,



going to the local Post office, collecting from suppliers etc
Management support where required
Assisting with the fortnightly payroll process
Communicating with customers and suppliers
Packing orders, booking freight
Basic marketing
To be successful in this position you will have the following:
Previous experience in office administration / bookkeeping
Previous MYOB experience or ability to be a fast leaner
Willingness to learn
Able to communicate well and work part as a team.
Have a proactive approach
Solid attention to detail and organised
