Assistant Store Manager
position at our
Taree West Bottle-O Store.
AsAssistant Store Manager you will be responsible for the efficient day to day running of the store through:
Assist Store Manager and develop staff to deliver a high level of customer service
Assist Store Manager to maximise the profitability and viability of the store
Assist Store Manager to manage and maintain all WHS standards

Experience in supervising team members
Minimum 2 years' experience in aretail environment
Effective written and oral communication skills
Proven ability to coach staff 'on the job'

Driver's Licence(current)
Ability to lift medium to heavy weights forperiod of time
Valid work rights in Australia are required for this position.
Experience in a similar role in the liquor industry
Liquor product knowledge
