AHA is seeking Disability Inclusion Facilitators to deliver the Disability Inclusion Profile in the North Eastern Department of Education area in Victoria. You will visit schools to facilitate profile meetings, support families, and perform administrative tasks, working from home.
The role requires 5+ years of experience with children with additional needs, a background in Inclusive Education, and current Australian teacher credentials. Training and travel within DE areas are included.
