About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Sales you will be responsible for the following (not limited to);
Achieve budgeted sales, profitability and market share targets across your accounts which include
Coles, Kmart and Aldi
ROI management demonstrating your strong negotiation skills and net revenue management skills
Organise and drive customer engagement meetings outside of set range reviews to further develop strong business relationships
Develop & implement strategies to drive category growth
Develop and maintain strong multi-level business relationships
Work effectively across Marketing, Category and Supply Chain departments to identify category and shopper trends with perfect store recommendations
Promotional programs, negotiation, new line presentations and sales forecasting accuracy
Business and Range Reviews and development of effective JBPs
About You
You possess strong FMCG experience
managing either Woolworths or Coles
accounts at the
National Business Manager level or Senior NAM level




and you are looking to expand your experience across a different category and/or National Accounts
You are professional and positive in your approach to solving any challenges that arise
Able to demonstrate your ability to
achieve strong negotiation outcomes
Excellent presentation, consultation and communications skills
Highly skilled in planning, forecasting and promotional effectiveness
Strong
financial acumen
and
perhaps a stint in Category management along the way
Highly analytical and comfortable with data
Demonstrated ability to create and foster strong team-oriented relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Strong leadership and coaching ability
- 1 direct report
Able to travel interstate on a needs basis to visit customers
Strong computer skills including Circana (IRI), PROMAX, Excel and PowerPoint
