for an

with a busy and well‐established
precast manufacturing operation in Redhead, NSW
.
This role offers
consistent full‐time hours
, competitive casual rates, and the opportunity to secure ongoing work with a high‐performing team.

Hours:
Monday - Friday | 6:30am Start | 8-10 Hour Shifts
Overtime:
Occasional Saturday work available
Pay Rate:
$***** per hour casual + penalty rates
Start:
ASAP
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Setting up and stripping precast moulds
Reading and interpreting basic drawings and plans
Formwork and reinforcement work
Basic concreting and finishing
General precast yard duties
Maintaining a secure and productive work workplace
ABOUT YOU




You're a hands‐on precast worker who takes pride in your work and can hit the ground running in a fast‐paced production environment.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum
12 months precast labouring or concrete labouring experience
Experience assisting with formwork and concrete works
White Card (Construction Induction)
Reliable transport and punctual work habits
Ability to pass pre‐employment medical and Drug & Alcohol testing
Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
