The Opportunity
Join our O&M; team at Gunnedah Solar Farm as an Electrician (Field Technician) on either our 8 days on, 6 days off or 4 days on, 3 days off roster (with paid on-call every 3 weeks). This hands-on role focuses on operations and maintenance (O&M;), helping ensure the site performs at peak efficiency.
What we offer:
Total package of up to $112,500 - $117,500 per annum + super
Breakdown: $100,000 - $105,000 base salary + $6,250 remote allowance + up to $6,250 performance bonus + super
Additional overtime and public holiday worked paid at award rates
Choose from our two roster options (both are 9.5 hour days + 30 min unpaid break):
8 days on, 6 days off roster
4 days on, 3 days off roster (includes being paid on-call every third weekend)

You will be responsible for:
Performing routine maintenance on equipment
Diagnosing and troubleshooting various project systems issues
Developing standard operating documents for machine maintenance, operations and training
Overseeing and supervising sub-contractors
To be successful in this role, you will have:
The ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, manuals and schematics
Experience in electrical maintenance and repairing various types of electrical equipment with preferred experience in renewables and solar
Willingness for some roster flexibility for on call and emergency works where required
Sound computer skills
