Production Coordinator
, the Assistant Miller plays a key role in keeping production running smoothly. You'll support milling, production, and distribution operations, helping ensure we deliver top‐quality feed every day.
This is a hands‐on role for someone who enjoys a challenge, thrives in a manufacturing environment, and is keen to grow their career in operations.
What You'll Be Doing
Following secure work practices and good manufacturing principles to keep production on track
Spotting opportunities to improve plant reliability, efficiency, and performance
Coaching and supporting colleagues to build capability across the team
Working with the reliability team on root cause analysis and process improvements
Managing safety, quality, and production tasks through our digital systems
Contributing to Safety, Quality, and Continuous Improvement initiatives
What You'll Bring
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment




Strong understanding of safety and quality standards
Good computer literacy
Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn
Solid communication and maths skills
Strong problem‐solving ability
A proactive, reliable, safety‐focused mindset
Flexibility to adapt to changing production needs and support different areas of the site
A forklift licence is highly desirable, but not essential—we'll provide training and full site induction.
Experience in milling and/or manufacturing, plus familiarity with SAP, will be highly regarded.
