The Opportunity
As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the Manly store's performance and culture, leading from the front to inspire both your team and customers.
You'll be responsible for:
Driving sales and exceeding store targets
Coaching, developing and motivating your team
Building a high-performance culture
Managing roster and store operations
Recruiting and developing future retail talent
Delivering strong commercial results while protecting the customer experience
About You
You're a natural leader who thrives in a customer-focused environment.
You'll bring:
Previous Store Management experience in fashion, lifestyle, swimwear or premium retail
A proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong leadership and coaching skills
High energy, positivity and resilience
