Business Development Manager for Residential Property Management
Seeking an applicant who has strong previous sales experience.
Hours: Full Time - 38hrs per Week (Mon-Fri)
Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 gross per annum + Superannuation + Bonuses + Car + Phone (company car can be utilised for personal and business use)
(Salary range is dependent on qualifications and experience)

THE ROLE
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for seeking opportunities with investors to discuss property management services. You will be required to generate your own leads, and be responsible for converting these leads into signed managements. The role requires you to onboard the new managements until the property is handed over to a Property Manager.



Bonuses will awarded per new management which is signed. A real estate certificate is not required to be considered for this position, however, will need to be obtained shortly after commencing - we will support you through this process.
ABOUT YOU
Essential Knowledge & Experience
- Great previous sales experience
- Current driver's license
- Have experience with CRM's
- Good administration skills
- Organised, with a high level of attention to detail
- Proven ability to hit sales KPI's
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to communicate at all levels
- A proven ability to build strong client relationships and maintain an excellent customer focus
- Ability to resolve conflict with a focus on positive client outcomes
Desirable Knowledge & Experience
- Experience in the local property market
- An understanding of both local and national real estate markets
- Knowledge of effective marketing strategies relevant to the industry
