Pine Lawyers is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior Property Lawyer with between 5 and 10 years of experience to join our growing Property and Commercial team. This full-time position is primarily based in our Brisbane CBD office. We also have an office in Southport on the Gold Coast and are open to accommodating the right candidate from either location.

You thrive in the property development sector and enjoys working closely with developers, investors, business owners, and other stakeholders to deliver practical, commercially focused advice.
You will have significant experience in property transactions and development projects, together with exposure to commercial matters.
You will deliver exceptional client service, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to the continued growth of the firm's Property and Commercial practice.
You will be technically strong, commercially minded, highly organised, and able to work with a significant degree of autonomy.
You will bring energy, initiative, and a solutions-oriented approach to your work, with a genuine desire to help clients achieve their objectives.
You will be an ambitious practitioner who enjoys complex property and development matters, values client engagement, and is looking to join a collaborative and progressive firm where performance, initiative, and professional growth are recognised and rewarded.
You are proactive, outcome-focused, commercially astute, and motivated by achieving results.
You will be comfortable taking ownership of matters, managing competing priorities, leading transactions from inception to completion, and confidently engaging with clients, consultants, financiers, and counterparties.
You will enjoy solving problems, identifying opportunities, and keeping matters progressing while maintaining a high standard of legal service.

Residential, commercial and mixed-use development projects;
Off-the-plan and project sales work;
Due diligence and property enquiries;
