Waterline Boathouse is looking for a reliable, energetic and friendly
Junior All-Rounder
to join our busy waterfront seafood restaurant and boat hire business in Forster.
This is a fantastic chance for someone who enjoys working outdoors, working with people, and wants to gain experience in both hospitality and recreational tourism.
About the Role
As a Junior All-Rounder, you'll assist our team with a variety of tasks, including:
Delivering meals to tables
Clearing, cleaning and resetting tables
Washing dishes and maintaining a clean kitchen and dining area
Assisting with takeaway orders
Helping with boat, kayak, stand-up paddle board and Aqua Trike hire
Assisting customers with fitting life jackets and preparing equipment
Providing basic safety information before hire
Restocking supplies and keeping work areas clean and organised
General cleaning and end-of-day duties
No two days are the same, so you'll need to be happy pitching in wherever required.

Willing to learn and take direction
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment




Happy working both indoors and outdoors in a waterfront environment
Physically capable of moving and preparing hire equipment
Available to work weekends, school holidays and public holidays
(this is an essential requirement)
Experience
No previous experience is required. Full training will be provided. We value a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic above all else.
