Drill Rig Operators or Excavator Operators
to join our clients team in Sydney, NSW. As this is site work different locations area available. These are
full-time positions
offering an exciting opportunity to work with up-to-date equipment on dynamic construction projects. As a Drill Rig Operator, you will be responsible for operating drilling rigs or Excavators on site, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest industry standards. This role is integral to the success of our construction operations and requires a skilled professional who can work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities :
Operating piling rigs (bored and CFA piling) safely and efficiently on active construction sites.
Setting up and positioning piling equipment according to project requirements and survey set-out.
Drilling piles to specified depths, diameters, and tolerances.
Working closely with engineers, surveyors, supervisors, and ground crews.
Monitoring ground conditions and equipment performance, identifying and reporting any issues.
Conducting daily pre-start inspections, maintenance checks, and basic servicing of plant and equipment.
Assisting with reinforcement cage installation, concrete pours, and associated piling operations.
Supporting earthworks, excavation, retention systems, and related civil construction activities.
Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
What we're looking for
Current and valid Drill Rig Operator license or certification.
Minimum of 3 years' experience operating drilling rigs in construction or related industries
What You Need
Proven experience operating piling rigs on civil or commercial construction projects.




Current White Card (Construction Induction Card).
Relevant piling, plant operation, or high-risk work licenses and tickets. Current VOC Ticket.
Strong understanding of piling techniques, set-out procedures, and site safety requirements.
Ability to read and follow plans, specifications, and site instructions.
Reliable work ethic with strong attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Current Australian Driver's License.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
