The Role
As part of the Bright Spa team, you'll:
Deliver exceptional, personalised massage and spa treatments tailored to each guest
Create a warm, calming and welcoming experience from beginning to end
Work within a beautiful, peaceful spa environment with high-quality products and equipment
Bring your own strengths and treatment style while being open to learning new techniques and rituals
Work collaboratively as part of a supportive, close-knit team
Contribute ideas as Bright Spa continues to evolve its treatment and wellness offering
Be available a minimum of 2 days per week including Saturdays
Hourly rates are per hourly treatment & employee option is available if preferred at comparative rates.
We'd Love to Hear From You If You Have
A qualification in Massage Therapy, ideally Certificate IV, Diploma of Remedial Massage or Beauty
Experience in relaxation,



deep tissue and/or remedial massage
A genuine passion for wellness and helping people feel their best
A natural warmth and ability to make clients feel comfortable and cared for
Excellent customer service and communication skills
High standards of presentation, hygiene and professionalism
A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude
A willingness to learn and expand your treatment skills
Experience within a luxury spa or wellness environment is wonderful, but not essential.
Recently qualified therapists with excellent hands-on skills, warmth and the right attitude are also encouraged to apply.
Additional qualifications or experience in beauty, facials or body treatments would be a bonus.
What We Offer
You'll be joining an established boutique spa with a loyal clientele and a strong visitor market, in one of Victoria's most beautiful destinations.
We offer:
Flexible part-time or casual hours with the potential to grow
Flexible hours between 9am and 10pm
A maximum of 5 hours of treatments per day
A minimum of 4 treatment hours per shift, including Saturdays. One weekend free per month if desired.

Attractive contractor rates of $60–$65 per treatment hour, depending on experience and qualifications with the option of casual employment on comparable hourly rate if preferred.
Weekend availability is highly desirable, with flexibility around regular hours and days.
