As a Business Analyst, you won't just document requirements — you'll help shape meaningful, human-centred solutions powered by data and AIas part ofour Shared Services team.
You'll partner with clients, designers, engineers and product teams to understand user needs, translate them into practical solutions, and deliver outcomes that are intuitive for people and intelligent through technology.
What you'll do: Elicit, define and manage functional and non-functional requirements with strong traceability Translate business needs into user stories, process models and system-level specifications Identify change impacts from new processes,



systems and ways of working Create transparent documentation and artefacts that enable delivery teams Facilitate workshops, refinements and co-design sessions with stakeholders, delivery teams and end users Analyse and redesign end-to-end business processes with a focus on gaps, efficiency and experience Balance user desirability, business viability and technical feasibility Identify opportunities for automation, optimisation and AI augmentation Lead collaborative sessions that drive shared understanding and decision making Support UAT, readiness, adoption activities and implementation support Work in Agile environments using Azure DevOps, Jira and Confluence Use AI tools such as M365 Copilot to enhance analysis, documentation and insight generation undefined undefined undefined undefined undefined
