About the opportunity
Join a high-impact 13-month parental leave contract where you'll strategic HR initiatives, and make a genuine impact from day one. Reporting to the Group General Manager of People & Culture, you'll be mentored by an experienced leader while driving people strategy, coaching leaders, and influencing business outcomes across a broad, commercially focused Business Partner role.
Key responsibilities
Partner with leaders to deliver commercial people strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead strategic People & Culture projects and support key business initiatives.
Coach and advise leaders across performance,



talent, succession planning, engagement and change management.
Build leadership capability through coaching, development and practical HR guidance.
Manage complex employee relations matters and investigations, while providing escalation support for day-to-day ER.
Use HR data and insights to influence decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
About you
Proven experience as a People & Culture Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor
Strong employee relations experience, with confidence managing complex case work and coaching leaders.
Comfortable using HR data and insights to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
