To be considered for this role you will need to possess the following:
1 + year of proven kitchen experience in a fast paced, high volume environment
A minimum Certificate III Commercial Cookery Qualification or at least 1-3 years of relevant employment experience.
Prepare all dishes to The Meat & Wine Co standards and recipes




Robust understanding and appreciation of all aspects of food and its service
Effective communication skills to maintain a secure and friendly working environment
Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards
Ensure compliance with all OHS legislation (act and regulation)
Ability to work over a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends, nights and public holidays on a full time contract

Full Time contract of $75,000 - $90,000 plus superannuation per annum.
