Credit Repair Australia
Sydney
Muney Group is an Australian financial services group with big ambitions for its next stage of growth.
The Group is home to two complementary businesses.
Credit Repair Australia
is Australia's market leader in credit restoration. Over the past 24 years, we have helped more than one million Australians understand and improve their credit position.
Muney
is our financial coaching business, helping Australians take control of their money, reduce debt and make meaningful progress towards their financial goals.
Together, we are a team of more than 100 people who genuinely care about helping our customers move forward.
We have strong foundations, proven services, significant customer demand and a business model that works. Now, we want to take what we have built and grow it to another level.
Why this chance stands out
This is a hands-on executive role with real influence.
You will report directly to the CEO, operate as part of the Executive Leadership Team and help shape:
The Group's marketing and growth strategy
Future products, offers and customer journeys
The channels and customer segments we pursue
The agencies, specialists and capabilities we invest in
The continued growth of our digital and software-enabled service model
You will not simply inherit a finished plan and administer it. You will help decide where the opportunities are and how we pursue them.
The role
We are looking for a commercially minded marketing and growth leader who understands how to turn stronger ideas, better offers and effective campaigns into measurable sales growth.
This is a senior role, but it remains hands-on.
You will stay close to the offers, creative, campaigns, funnels, conversion data and customer journey. You may present strategy to the Executive Leadership Team one day and review a VSL, strengthen an offer or analyse funnel performance the next.
Hands-on does not mean doing every task yourself. It means understanding the work deeply enough to identify opportunities, diagnose problems, make sound decisions and step into execution when required.
What you will own
Your focus will be the full customer journey, including:
Qualified lead and appointment growth
Lead quality and lead-to-sale conversion
Social and digital acquisition
Agency leadership and accountability,
ensuring external partners deliver against agreed commercial outcomes
Referral-parter channel performance, including lead quality, conversion and return
Retargeting, MOFU and BOFU campaigns
Offer development and testing
Funnels, VSLs and webinars
Conversion-rate optimisation
Email, SMS and database marketing
Content distribution and podcast utilisation
Customer segmentation, retention and ascension
New products, channels and digital experiences
You will use marketing, sales, customer and user data to identify where the next growth opportunities exist.
You should understand concepts such as self-liquidating funnels, tripwire and low-ticket offers, one-time offers, upsells and low-ticket-to-high-ticket ascension.
Your immediate priorities
Your initial focus will be to:
Increase qualified lead and appointment volume
Improve downstream sales conversion
Strengthen social acquisition, retargeting and nurture
Build a faster, more disciplined approach to creative, audience and offer testing
Improve commercial reporting across marketing and sales
Identify opportunities within our existing customer and prospect data
Develop and begin implementing a practical Group growth plan
Success will be measured by how effectively marketing contributes to sales, customer value and sustainable growth, not simply by cheaper leads.
The person we are looking for
You are likely to be a strong fit if you:
Have senior B2C direct-response or growth marketing experience
Have managed significant marketing or customer-acquisition investment
Understand offers, funnels, online sales and conversion
Have grown acquisition through social and digital channels
Have proven experience across Meta, TikTok and broader digital acquisition
Bring strong direct-response copywriting skills across advertising, offers, scripts and conversion assets
Can confidently direct,
challenge and hold external agencies accountable
Can connect marketing performance to actual sales
Have strong creative judgement across UGC, advertising, hooks and offers
Can use data to identify commercial opportunities
Understand CRM, email, SMS and database marketing
Are confident operating at Executive Leadership Team and Board level
Can set strategy while remaining willing to work through the detail
Experience with high-ticket services, financial services, referral-partner channels, app marketing, software-enabled services or recurring-revenue models would be highly regarded.
You will care about brand, visual quality and customer experience without allowing perfectionism to slow testing and progress.
You will be comfortable working with a lean internal team, contributing personally and using external specialists where they create value.
A genuinely flexible executive role
This is a
90% work-from-home position
.
We come together at our Liverpool, NSW office approximately two days each month for leadership meetings, planning and collaboration.
Sydney-based candidates are preferred.
The role includes an
attractive executive remuneration package
, plus participation in the company's
Executive Leadership Team performance bonus
.
