About The Opportunity
Reporting directly to
senior management
, some of your responsibilities will include:
Developing and improving
HSE policies, procedures, and systems across all sites
Conducting risk assessments
, hazard identifications, and site audits
Investigating incidents
and implementing corrective actions
Delivering training
, toolbox talks, and inductions to staff and contractors




Managing HSE reporting
and liaising with regulatory bodies
Mentoring junior staff
and advising site leaders on best practice
About You
The successful candidate will have:
Tertiary qualification
in OHS, Environmental Management, or related discipline
Skilled certification
such as CECA, COHSQA, or equivalent
2–5 years' HSE experience
, ideally within construction
In-depth knowledge
of WHS legislation, including QLD-specific regulations
Proven experience
building HSE management systems and risk assessments
Strong communication skills
across all levels of a business
