Beaver Process Equipment is seeking a Production Manager to lead a 50+ person shop floor team and deliver daily production to a high-quality standard. You will foster a culture of ownership, mentor frontline leaders, and drive Lean improvements while scaling capacity at the Brisbane facility.
You will personally lead on the workshop floor, remove obstacles, ensure safety, and sustain performance as the plant undergoes expansion to double capacity in the coming years.
