What you'll be doing
Managing and growing a portfolio of customers
Building strong relationships with buyers, suppliers and key stakeholders
Negotiating pricing and trading opportunities
Monitoring market trends, product availability and customer demand
Working closely with operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met
Managing sales transactions and maintaining accurate records
Contributing to sales, volume and margin targets
Supporting inventory and supply planning activities
What we're looking for
Previous sales, account management, trading or customer relationship experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills




Commercially minded with the ability to identify opportunities and make decisions
Confident working in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
A team player who enjoys collaborating with others
Experience within fresh produce, wholesale, FMCG or supply chain environments will be highly regarded but is not essential
