Redcape Hospitality is looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Brightwater Hotel.
You'll bring the team together, strengthen performance and deliver a food offering the venue and its local community can be proud of.

What You'll Do
Plan and deliver kitchen operations across bistro service, functions and major events
Lead and develop the kitchen team through clear direction, coaching and support
Build strong working relationships across kitchen, front-of-house and venue management
Drive consistent food quality, presentation and service delivery
Manage COGS, labour, stock and kitchen performance against budget
Maintain high food safety, compliance and WHS standards
What We're Looking For
At least three years' experience as a Head Chef in a large hospitality venue
Extensive experience managing event catering and high-volume plated service
Strong people leadership that builds trust,



strengthens culture and unites teams
Excellent organisation and time management across multiple service demands
Strong commercial capability across COGS, labour, compliance and P&L; performance
Confidence using rostering, reporting and kitchen management systems, including Cooking the Books
Applicants must have ongoing Australian working rights.
