We are seeking a Pie Machine Operator Assistant & Cleaner to join our bakery team.
This hands-on role supports the daily production of our pies, sausage rolls and other bakery items in a state of the art commercial kitchen.Key Responsibilities:Assist with the operation and setup of the Straightforward Simon Pie MachineLoad pastry stations and lift/tip pie filling into machinePlace pastry shapes and lids on piesLoad filled pie trays into oven racksAssist in removing pies from trays after bakingWash dishes and clean down machinery and workstationsAssist in making various varieties and sizes of quichePerform any other tasks as required to support productionRequirements:Physically fit – must be able to assist lift pie filling buckets and baking traysPunctual, dependable, and able to follow instructionsPrevious experience in food production or commercial kitchens preferred (but not essential)Attention to hygiene and food safety standardsDays required 3-5 per week.Monday - Friday work only, no weekends.start 6 am - finish aprox 2 pmJoin a friendly, supportive team where your effort and reliability are valued.Job Type: CasualPay: $***** – $***** per hourWork Authorisation:Australia (Required)Work Location: In person
