About the Role
As an Event Planning Executive, you'll be the trusted partner for clients from the moment they confirm their event until the final guest departs.
Working closely with our Sales, Food & Beverage and Operations teams, you'll ensure every detail is seamlessly planned and delivered.
No two days are the same.
You may be coordinating a gala dinner for 400 guests, planning a luxury corporate conference, managing a wedding celebration or showcasing our hotel to prospective clients.
About You
We're looking for an enthusiastic, organised and relationship-focused Event Planning Executive to join our award-winning Sales & Marketing team.
You'll thrive in this role if you:
Enjoy building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Have exceptional organisational skills, time management skills and a keen eye for detail.
Remain calm and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Take pride in delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations.
Are passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.
Love creating exceptional customer experiences.
Experience in hotels, events, hospitality or conference management is highly regarded, but your attitude and commitment are what matter most
