About the role
Strapper Surf, a leading retailer of premium surf and lifestyle apparel and equipment is seeking an experienced Assistant Retail Manager for our Geelong Westfield store.
As the Assistant Retail Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and fostering a positive customer experience.
What you'll be doing
· Help manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and budgeting
· Delivering positive merchandising experience
· Ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless shopping experience
· Being part of the management team to lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing retail team
What we're looking for
· Have a minimum of two years previous retail experience, preferably in the Surf or Skate Industry
· Very good understanding of retail operations and staff management
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively help lead and motivate a team




· Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail
· Have a strong interest and passion for surfing and the surf lifestyle
· Have previous Osipos experience (that would be an advantage)
