Opportunities for Home Care Workers to join our team at St Mary's home Service.
This position will suit a caring and empathetic individual, who understands the importance of providing quality support to our clients.
A suitable applicant would be someone wanting a wide-ranging role, with the focus being on supporting clients with differing care needs, to live independently in their own homes.

We are seeking staff who can work a variety of different shifts, including AM, PM and weekends
Duties include:
Helping with domestic duties, meal preparation medication, social support, appointments
Ensuring safe and hygienic living conditions in their own homes;
Assisting with activities of daily living;
Personal care, including showering, dressing, continence care;
Care Planning
Our certified positions require:
A minimum Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent;
National Criminal History Record Check
A current unrestricted driver's licence with comprehensive insurance and use of own vehicle
Smart Mobile Phone and Internet access
