Commis Chef/Chef De Partie, Full Time and Casual Positions Available

Play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our members and guests and work closely with the Head Chef to deliver consistent quality food.
Key Qualifications, Attributes, and Responsibilities:
Demonstrated experience as a Commis, CDP, or equivalent role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure and seek guidance when required to maintain smooth kitchen operations.




Clear and effective communication skills with excellent organisation to support teamwork and service flow.
A hands-on approach with a strong work ethic, committed to delivering consistent, high-quality food and service.
Proven ability to uphold quality and consistency across all menu items and service times.
Cafe experience desirable but not essential.
Versatile availability to work across rotating shifts including prep, lunch, and dinner service, as well as weekends and public holidays, in line with club operating hours.
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and/or Kitchen Management.
