Easy Cool Air & Electrical is looking for a high-level Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician to join our growing team in tropical Cairns.
This role suits a competent, experienced technician with strong diagnostic ability who takes pride in their work and can confidently manage service, breakdowns and installations across a wide range of systems.
We're not looking for the cheapest technician — we're looking for the right one.

The role
You'll work across domestic and commercial refrigeration and air-conditioning systems, including:
Service and preventative maintenance
Fault diagnosis and breakdown repairs
System installations and upgrades
Providing practical solutions for customers
Managing jobs independently while supported by our team




Technicians with strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability across a wide range of systems will be highly valued.
What we're looking for
Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
Current ARCtick Licence
Restricted Electrical Licence
Manual Driver's Licence
Strong experience in refrigeration and air-conditioning
Ability to diagnose faults and solve problems efficiently
Professional attitude and strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and represent the business well
This position suits a technician who takes ownership of their work and enjoys solving technical problems.
