HV Field Service Supervisor – Ampcontrol (Perth, WA)
Lead high‐voltage field service delivery across WA's energy network.
Ampcontrol is expanding its High Voltage Field Services team and is seeking an experienced HV Field Service Supervisor to lead maintenance, upgrades and service delivery across major utilities, mining, industrial and renewable sectors.
This role is ideal for a hands‐on leader who thrives in a fast‐paced environment, can coordinate multiple teams, and is committed to delivering safe, high‐quality HV electrical services.

What You'll Be Doing
Leading and mentoring a team of 4–10 HV Field Service TechniciansDriving safety leadership and ensuring full compliance with HSEQ requirementsCoordinating HV maintenance, shutdowns, upgrades and protection system workManaging labour hours, job planning, scheduling and resource allocationBuilding robust relationships with customers and providing high‐quality reportingSupporting estimating, tender responses and work scope reviewsManaging subcontractors and ensuring timely job close‐out and invoicingContributing to growth strategies across utilities, rail,

Trade‐qualified Electrician (essential)Experience in HV maintenance, testing and protection systemsStrong fault‐finding and problem‐solving capabilityAbility to read, review and update electrical schematics and wiring diagramsCompetency with Microsoft Office and test/communications softwareDemonstrated commitment to safe work practicesAbility to multi‐task and lead teams in high‐pressure environments
Desirable
