Position Profile and Role
We are currently seeking a
Human Resources Officer to join our team.
Under the direction of the Principal
HR Consultant this role undertakes projects relating to a broad
range of HR initiatives and functions including responding to visa
and AHPRA enquiries, supporting recruitment, onboarding, and
compliance checks at Peel Health Campus.
We currently have 1 FTE available,
suitable applicants are required to be available for
commencement within 6 weeks of finalisation of the recruitment
process.

About us
Peel Health Campus transitioned to South
Metropolitan Health Service (SMHS) in August ****, marking the
beginning of an exciting recent era for healthcare in the Peel-Murray
region.
The transition has enabled significant investment in the
future of local health services, including plans for a new
purpose-built public hospital on the existing site.
Alongside the
192-bed Peel Health Campus, the Group includes Murray District
Hospital, which provides inpatient medical, palliative care and
allied health services.
Together, these facilities support the
delivery of high-quality care closer to home.
The planned
redevelopment will expand services, modernise facilities and
improve access to healthcare for the growing Peel-Murray
community.

determine your suitability for the role:
Your application should include:
A copy of your current CV
A maximum 2 page cover letter addressing the specific
skills, knowledge and experience you have that will support you
in your application ensuring you include any specific knowledge
and/or exposure to AHPRA andVisa processes and Human Resource
functions.
Evidence of an ability to commence within 6 weeks
The names and contact details of two (2) current referees
who can attest to your suitability for this role.
These documents should be complete and ready to attach prior to

or permanent resident.
