Classification: ANU Officer 8 (Administration)
Salary package: $121,359 - $129,772 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Term: Full-time, Fixed-term (Until 31 December ****)
The People and Culture Division is seeking expressions of interest from internal staff for a Employee Relations / Change Business Partner opportunity within the Employee Relations team.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Employee Relations, this role provides expert advice and case management across a range of complex employee and industrial relations matters.
The successful candidate will work closely with HR Business Partners and senior leaders, providing guidance on performance management, misconduct, grievances, disputes, reviews of decisions, and the interpretation of industrial instruments, employment legislation, and University policies.
This is a excellent chance to broaden your employee relations knowledge, contribute to strategic initiatives such as enterprise bargaining preparation and workforce policy development, and join a collaborative and high-performing team within the ANU People Experience team.
There will also be the opportunity to assist on some organisational change projects.
