What you'll be doing
A part-time role in-office at Sippy Downs
Working 4 days: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, *********
Speak with customers on the phone, helping them understand and choose the right cover
Follow scripts and call flows while learning how to guide real conversations confidently
Read and interpret policy information in real time, explaining cover and costs clearly
Achieve sales and performance targets while building strong sales habits
Perform across systems including online quoting tools
Receive regular coaching and feedback, building confidence and capability over time
Work at the same pace as full-timers
Complete 3 weeks of full-time training before moving to part-time hours
