This role provides onsite services to Walgett High School, Walgett Primary School, Goodooga Central School, Lightning Ridge Central School and Collarenebri Central School.
In this role, you will be the link between schools and healthcare providers, and assist families and children navigate specialist appointments, health care providers & in-school supports.
You will work closely with children who are identified as requiring additional support with their healthcare needs.You will support selected primary & high schools in Walgett and the surrounding regions.
