with complex needs.
What You'll Be Doing Lead the charge?
in delivering the PROTECTED START model across MLHD.
Facilitate multidisciplinary case discussions, developing pathways and promoting education.
Drive the?
integration of services?
to ensure families get the?
coordinated care?
they deserve.




Ensure MLHD meets its obligations under NSW Health policies, offering consultation, coordination, and support for?
mental health,?
drug & alcohol,?
maternity, and more.
