Join Savills' NSW Project Management team as a Project Manager and play an integral part on one of the Illawarra region's major health infrastructure projects.
You'll be part of a supportive, established team where you can deepen your project delivery expertise, build strong client relationships, and gain exposure to complex, high‐value programs.This role offers the chance to grow your skills, broaden your project portfolio, and contribute to projects that shape the future of essential community facilities.
You'll divide your time between our Sydney CBD office and the site, giving you the opportunity to stay closely connected to both clients and project outcomes while contributing to the continued growth and capability of our NSW business.
What You'll be DoingLeading project planning, execution and completion to deliver successful client outcomesEnsuring all deliverables meet required quality standards and are completed on time and within budgetMaintaining strong client relationships and setting the standard for team performanceSupporting and mentoring team membersEnsuring full compliance with all Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety policies and relevant legislationManaging project financials, achieving target margins, and overseeing team resourcing and divisional financial requirementsMonitoring and evaluating project progress, including risk and contingency management, benefits realisation, impacts and quality measuresDelivering all required reporting to clients and internal stakeholders
What You'll BringTertiary qualifications in construction or a related disciplineExisting Project Management experience, including demonstrated client‐side project managementProven experience delivering health sector projects or precinctsStrong commercial and financial acumenExcellent written,
verbal and listening communication skillsProfessional presentation and a positive, proactive attitudeExperience managing all stages of the project lifecycle, however strong experience in completion and commissioning will be highly regardedDemonstrated ability to build and grow strong business relationships
