About This Opportunity
Ongoing part time roles available, offering a variety of shift options.
We are currently seeking a qualified Registered Nurse with 1 or more years of experience to join our Care team at our Moran Stockton home.
Various shifts available up to 38 hours per week.
Above award rates $***** - $54 base rate per hour.
Reporting to the Care Manager, you will be providing quality nursing care and assistance to the changing clinical needs of the residents.
This includes consulting with residents and their families, staff, management, and other allied health professionals.
Working with a wonderful team of dedicated people, your contribution will make a difference to our residents' enjoyment of their life every day.
You will be guided and mentored to ensure you thrive in your role with us and to further develop your skills.
If you are a skilled, motivated, and dedicated Registered Nurse with the passion to improve our residents' daily life, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Developing and evaluating individualised resident care plans and completing assessmentsProviding clinical services such as wound management,
medication management and palliative careLiaising with medical and allied health professionals and residents' family membersWork with the Clinical Leadership team with more complex clinical managementSupervising and supporting our Personal Care Workers
Skills/Requirements
Current Registration with AHPRACaring and considerateAble to communicate with a wide range of external and internal stakeholdersStrong leadership skills.Good assessment/prioritisation skillsAble to work effectively and efficiently within a teamProficient level of verbal and written communicationFamiliarity with the Aged Care Quality StandardsCurrent Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
Current influenza vaccinationPosses 1+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse
