About the RoleThis is a permanent Full-time role offering ongoing training and support where you will be developed into a Sales Consultant.
Your Key responsibilities are as follows;
- Greet customers, assess needs, and recommend suitable used vehicles- Conduct vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and feature explanations- Assist with presenting, negotiating, and closing vehicle sales with a high level of integrity- Manage leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain the CRM with accurate data- Prepare sales documentation, activate warranties and complete online vehicle checks- Collaborate with the financing team to secure optimal payment options for customers- Maintain showroom and vehicle presentation standards- Meet and strive to exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets




Previous experience / Qualifications-Previous customer service experience in a hospitality or sales role is desirable.
