Using systems such as Rapid Global, Chemwatch, Power BI and Microsoft Office to monitor and report on safety performance.
Preparing reports, documentation and updates for internal stakeholders.
Supporting internal and external audits, inspections and compliance reviews.
Identifying opportunities to improve safety processes,

reduce risk and strengthen operational safety practices.
Working collaboratively with the OHS Manager and broader operational teams to support site safety priorities.
About You
You will ideally be an experienced safety professional who enjoys working closely with operations and influencing safety outcomes in a practical, hands-on environment.
You will bring:
A Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety as a minimum.
Previous experience in a WHS, OHS or safety advisory role, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, warehousing or operational environments.
A sound understanding of WHS/OHS legislation, risk management principles and safety management systems.
Experience supporting incident investigations, hazard identification, risk assessments and corrective action management.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to coach, influence and build relationships across all levels of the business.
A practical, solutions-focused approach and the ability to balance compliance requirements with operational needs.
Strong attention to detail and confidence working with safety data, reporting and documentation.
The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Most importantly, you will be someone who enjoys being visible on site, engaging with people and helping create a workplace where safety is understood, valued and lived every day.
