Business Administration Trainee / Junior Admin — Smart Green Electrical

Smart Green Electrical, a trusted residential and commercial electrical contractor on the Bellarine Peninsula, is looking for an enthusiastic Business Administration Trainee or Junior Admin to join our growing team.
This is a full-time, varied role — perfect whether you're after a formal traineeship (e.g. Cert III in Business) or you're an entry-level admin professional ready to learn how a busy trade business really runs.
No two days are the same: one minute you'll be coordinating jobs with our technicians, the next you'll be helping a client over the phone or keeping our compliance records in order.
What you'll be doing
Coordinating job scheduling and bookings with our technicians and clients
Keeping client, job, and supplier records accurate and up to date
Answering calls, emails, and texts — bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups
Supporting compliance admin (licences, certifications, SWMS records)
Assisting with ordering materials and liaising with suppliers




Supporting invoicing and basic financial admin
General office support — filing, correspondence, and data entry
What we're looking for
Great organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident, professional communication — written and verbal
A proactive attitude and genuine willingness to learn
Comfortable with everyday computer use (MS Office);
Reliable and able to juggle multiple tasks
Open to undertaking a Certificate III in Business as a traineeship — or already have relevant admin experience
School leavers, career-changers, and anyone keen to build a long-term career in business admin are encouraged to apply.
