As Branded Content Social Manager, you'll own the end-to-end social delivery of Vinyl Media's client branded content programs, ensuring every piece of content goes live on time, on-brief, and true to the editorial voice of the publisher it's running on.
You'll work across some of the most recognised culture and entertainment publishers in the market, including Rolling Stone, Concrete Playground, Pedestrian, Refinery29, LadBible, BuzzFeed, Variety, PopSugar and more.
This role sits at the centre of an exciting and fast-moving branded content operation.
You'll be the connective tissue between Project Leads, Content, and Ad Ops, keeping campaigns organised, on schedule, and performing.
You won't be doing it alone, you're backed by a team of specialists across projects, content and ad operations.
But you own the social delivery process, the systems, the timelines, the quality bar, and the follow-through.
It's a role best suited to someone highly organised, calm under a busy workload, and genuinely diligent about process.
Someone who thrives on bringing order to a lot of moving parts, and who takes real pride in getting the details right.
What You'll Own
Project Management & Coordination
Manage the day-to-day social content upload workload across all active campaigns
Understand and prioritise competing deadlines across the branded project business
Build and maintain systems and processes to stay operationally organised at scale
Communicate closely with Project Managers, Content, and Ad Ops to keep everyone aligned
Drive campaigns to deliver on time, every time
Content Publishing & Quality Control
Build and publish content across a range of publisher social channels




Protect each publisher's editorial direction, tone, and integrity in every post
Ensure assets are correctly formatted and meet platform specifications
Write and/or check captions, links, tags, and campaign details
Schedule and upload content accurately and on time
Maintain a consistently high level of quality control across every post
Stay across platform features, regulations, and restrictions for paid/branded content
Manage comment moderation, using tools and products to support this
Paid Social & Amplification
Work hands‐on across Meta Suite & Ads Manager, TikTok Pages & Ads Manager, Sprout Social, YouTube, and Outbrain
Boost and amplify campaign content to support reach and performance
Monitor campaign performance and make optimisations as needed
Partner with the team to ensure campaign objectives are met through paid distribution
Delivery & Reporting
Pull performance data and help prepare campaign reports for internal teams and clients
Troubleshoot delivery issues — rejected ads, tracking problems, underperforming posts
Identify key insights and recommendations to inform optimisation and future campaign activity
What You'll Bring
2–4 years' experience in social media
Experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Sprout Social, YouTube, Outbrain
Strong understanding of social media ad managers and key platform tools
Experience with scheduling/publishing platforms
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
Ability to manage a busy, wide-ranging patch of work at any one time
A process- and data-driven mindset
