Role Description
Vively is hiring a Communications & PR Intern to help build our brand as one of Australia's leading preventative health companies.
This is a hands‐on role for someone who is sharp, organised, curious about health, and wants real experience across PR, content, media, research and podcast production.
You'll work closely with the founder and team to help bring Vively's story to life.
What you'll work on
You'll support a range of communications projects across brand, media, LinkedIn and expert content.
This may include:
Helping research and shape health‐related stories, insights and reports
Supporting media and stakeholder outreach
Helping manage and repurpose content for Vively's company LinkedIn
Coordinating expert interviews and content sessions
Preparing briefs, guest notes and follow‐up materials
Helping organise content, media lists and internal project trackers
Turning existing ideas, research and founder content into transparent, credible communications
You'll be a good fit if you are
A strong,
clear writer
Highly organised and reliable
Interested in health, prevention, wellness, startups or healthcare
Confident reaching out to people by email or LinkedIn
Good at turning rough ideas into easy, useful content
Proactive without needing heavy direction
Detail‐oriented without being slow
Nice to have
Studying or recently completed communications, journalism, media, marketing, health science or a related field
Experience writing, editing or managing content
Experience with social media, PR, podcasts, events or research projects
Familiarity with Canva, Notion, Google Docs/Sheets or similar tools
