Position SummaryWe are seeking a results-driven ICT Business Development Manager to join our team in Collingwood, VIC.
This full-time role focuses on identifying and creating new ICT business opportunities across the Australian market.
You will develop and execute strategic business plans, conduct market research to identify emerging technologies and industry trends, and present ICT solutions to prospective clients.
You will also lead and mentor team members to achieve sales targets, manage client relationships, oversee service delivery, monitor market conditions, and report on sales performance to senior management.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic business plans to promote existing and new ICT goods and servicesConduct market research to identify emerging technologies, industry trends, and new ICT business opportunitiesPresent, promote, and sell ICT goods and services to existing and prospective client businesses through meetings and product demonstrationsProvide ICT business recommendations and strategic insights to senior managementLead and mentor business development team members to achieve sales targetsArrange delivery of ICT goods, coordinate equipment installation,



and oversee the provision of services to clientsBuild and nurture long-term relationships with key customer accountsMonitor competitor activities and market conditions to adjust business strategies accordinglyPrepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to leadershipQualifications and Experience RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, Commerce, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in ICT business development, B2B sales, or account managementProven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the ICT sectorStrong understanding of current ICT market trends and emerging technologiesExcellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to build and maintain robust client relationshipsStrategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environmentProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
