Key Responsibilities
Device Diagnosis & Repairs
– Assess and repair various mobile devices including smartphones and tablets, ensuring all repairs are completed to a high standard.
Customer Interaction
– Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair processes, provide updates, and offer guidance on device care.
Inventory Management




– Maintain adequate inventory levels of repair parts and tools necessary for effective and timely repairs.
Documentation
– Keep accurate records of repairs, customer interactions, and parts inventory to support business operations.
Travel
– Travel to various customer locations as needed to perform repairs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Proficiency
