CatholicCare Hunter-Manning is seeking a motivated 2nd Year Apprentice Chef to join the café and catering team while studying Certificate III in Commercial Cookery. You'll work with an experienced Head Chef, gaining hands-on experience across operations in a supportive, community-focused environment.
You'll learn food preparation, stock rotation, hygiene, and assist with catering and café service, building confidence in a rapid-paced kitchen while progressing your apprenticeship.
