Key Responsibilities:
Manage head contract and subcontract administration from procurement to final accounts.
Process monthly progress claims, variations, cost reporting, and cash flow forecasting.
Draft, negotiate, and award meticulous subcontract packages and supply agreements.
Utilise CHEOPS software daily to track project costs, budgets, and financial compliance.
Collaborate closely with Project Managers to mitigate financial risk and maximize margins.
What You'll Bring:
Proven track record as a Contracts Administrator within the commercial construction sector.
High proficiency and hands-on experience using CHEOPS project management software.
Strong exposure to non-residential building portfolios (commercial, institutional, or civil infrastructure).
Exceptional negotiation skills,



legal literacy in commercial contracts, and sharp financial acumen.
Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
